Privacy policy

In this privacy policy, we explain what types of personal data we may process and for what purpose we process them, as well as what choices and rights you have in relation to it.

Personal data processed

Personal data refers to data that can be attributed to you. We may process the following personal data that can be attributed to you as a customer:

  • name
  • address
  • mail
  • phone number
  • IP-number
  • other information that you provide in your contacts with us

The purpose of the treatment

We process your personal data for the purpose of administering our customer relations, delivering goods, providing support and marketing our goods and services. The processing takes place on the basis that it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our agreement with you and for our legitimate interest in reaching out with marketing.

Lagring av personuppgifter

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. If the customer relationship with us ends, we store your name, address, email address and telephone number for marketing purposes for a maximum of one year after the customer relationship ended.

We always process your personal data to the extent and during the time we are obliged to do so by law.

To the extent that your personal data is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, or the processing would no longer be permitted for another reason, the data is anonymized or deleted.

Receiver

We may disclose your personal data to our personal data assistants, e.g. companies that provide our e-commerce platform, work with invoice administration or IT and cloud services. In such cases, personal data processing agreements are entered into which ensure that your personal data is only processed in accordance with this privacy policy. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

Cookies

The website uses so-called cookies in order to customize your user experience and improve the website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on our visitors’ computers and that can be used to follow what a visitor does on our website.

There are two types of cookies: (i) a permanent cookie that remains on the visitor’s computer for a specified period of time and (ii) a session cookie that is stored only during the visit to the website. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

Cookies are processed based on your consent. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can turn off cookies in your browser’s security settings. You can also set your browser to prompt you every time a website tries to place a cookie on your computer. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted. See your browser’s help pages for more information. Furthermore, you can delete cookies manually from your hard drive at any time.

Please note that if you choose not to accept cookies, functionality may be limited on certain web pages.

Your rights

You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning you, and if so to have access to this personal data and also information about the personal data and our handling of them.

You have the right to have incorrect personal data concerning you corrected by us without undue delay. You also have the right, taking into account the purpose of the processing, to supplement incomplete personal data in certain cases.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted by us under certain circumstances, e.g. if the personal data is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or if the personal data has been processed in an illegal manner.

You have the right to demand that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain cases. If you e.g. dispute the correctness of the personal data, you can demand that we limit the processing of them during the time it takes for us to check whether the data is correct.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest. If this happens, we must demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms in order to continue the processing.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data insofar as the processing takes place for direct marketing. In the event of such an objection, we will no longer process your personal data for that purpose.

You have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the personal data that you have provided to us and that concern you in an electronic format that is generally used. You have the right to transfer such data to another personal data controller (data portability).

If you have comments on our processing of your personal data, you are welcome to contact us. You also have the right to submit complaints to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
